We cannot say enough about our experience working w Cory at Triple-R! We have completed 3 major and 1 minor project with Triple-R. Our 1954 ranch home in Mesa needed a bathroom, kitchen and dinning room remodel. Our 1990's home in Gilbert needed a bathroom remodel. Why Triple-R and Cory: RESULTS are gorgeous, exceeded my expectations! COMMUNICATION, Cory is very detailed, clear and honest. He was patient, always explaining options and answering questions, set very clear expectations, handled any changes methodically and thoroughly, was always responsive. I never felt unaware or unclear. He is one of the nicest people we know. And we are super pedantic and picky about the details and understanding what is happening. BUDGET, he was very detailed in discussing costs, options, materials, etc and clear about the process for handling changes in scope, either because we changed something or because we came across a 1954 challenge. PROJECT MANAGEMENT, I run a team of project managers, and am type A control freak. Working with Cory I was 100% confident in his approach, scoping, updates, issue handling, scheduling, etc. this is the most peaceful, stress free home project experience we have ever had. He navigated some significant supplier bumps in the road in a way that completely shielded us from any of the issues. And most importantly he got it done. TIMELINES, he is accurate and in my experience very quick to get things done. He works to get everything lined up in sequence to make sure timelines are as efficient as possible. WARRANTY, his standards are extremely high for his work, and he delivers to that. We had an issue with one sub's install, Cory took all necessary action to ensure it was resolved, even some knock-on affects he resolved without putting any of it on us. He even got on his hands and kneed for hours taking care of some finishing details. Dealing with gas, electrical and plumbing issues in a home this old is daunting. Add to that the previous owner had done some work which added many challenges. We tried working with 4 general contractors before a friend recommended Cory (side note that friend also has a vintage home and her brother-in-law recommended Cory to them, so grateful for this reference chain). Our remodel has allowed us to realize a dream of hospitality as a couple, which we have had for 12years. We clearly cannot say enough about Cory, his work and who he is as a person has literally allowed us to change our lives.Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 2 reviews
